Digital products are available immediately after your payment is confirmed. Download them from My account > Downloads. You can download them again at any time while your account is open.
If your payment succeeded but the download isn't showing within 30 minutes, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Tutoring programmes
Online sessions are delivered by video call; we'll send the joining details by email before the first session. In-person sessions take place at the location agreed when your place is confirmed.
