Worksheets and ebooks (digital downloads)
Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once paid. We will give a full refund if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the file is faulty or not as described, and we can't fix it within 3 working days; or
- you couldn't download the file because of a problem on our side, and we can't fix it.
Tutoring programmes
- Cancel more than 7 days before the programme starts: full refund.
- Cancel within 7 days of the start: refund of fees for sessions not yet held, less [amount or %] for the reserved place.
- Sessions we cancel or can't reschedule: full refund for those sessions.
- Missed sessions without notice are not refunded, but we'll share notes or worksheets where we can.
How to ask for a refund
Email [support email, e.g. hello@brainybunchbyricha.com] within 7 days of purchase with your order number (shown in My account > Orders) and the reason.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
