You need an account to buy downloads and request tutoring places. Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Accounts are for adults. A parent or guardian should create the account and make purchases on behalf of a child.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price charged is the one shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
An order is complete only when Razorpay confirms the payment. If a payment fails, you are not charged and nothing is delivered.
Digital products
When you buy a worksheet or ebook you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download it and print copies for use in your own home or with the children you personally teach.
You may not resell, share, upload, or distribute the files or copies of them, or use them to create products for sale. All content remains the property of the owner.
Tutoring programmes
Requesting a place on a programme does not guarantee one. We will confirm your place, the schedule and the fee with you before the programme starts.
Schedules, batch sizes and formats may change; we will tell you in advance and offer an alternative or a refund for sessions you can no longer attend (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).
Parents and guardians are responsible for the child's supervision during online sessions and for travel to and from in-person sessions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to access other people's accounts, interfere with the site, or upload anything unlawful or harmful.
Liability
We work hard to make our resources and lessons accurate and helpful, but we cannot guarantee particular exam results or outcomes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or programme concerned.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City for courts, e.g. the city in your address] have jurisdiction.
